The official export files or source documents supported for your platform. Depending on the source, that can be a ZIP export, JSON or HTML activity data, or destination-specific files we guide you to collect. We never ask for your login credentials.

What do you get?

A migration kit matched to your destination. That can include destination-ready conversation files, a memory summary, an instruction block, and a setup guide for the parts that still need manual import or paste-in steps.

How long is data kept?

Accepted Answer

Uploads use short-lived links and ephemeral processing. Source files are not stored long-term, completed runs expire automatically, and you can delete migration data immediately from the run result page.

What if it fails?

We show recovery steps in the run workspace. Depending on the failure, you can retry upload or processing, start over with a fresh export, or contact support with your run ID for help.

Is my data safe?

Uploads use TLS in transit, encrypted temporary storage, short-lived upload links, and delete-now controls. For the exact retention and security model, see our Privacy and Security pages.
