By accessing or using MigrateMyAI, a product of Black Star Labs, Inc. ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

MigrateMyAI provides tools to parse, structure, and convert exported conversation data from various Large Language Model (LLM) platforms to prepare them for import into other LLM platforms.

3. Acceptable Use and Data Ownership

By uploading data to our service, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the data or have the explicit right and necessary permissions to export, process, and upload it.
• The data does not contain unlawful material, malware, or violate the intellectual property rights of others.
• You accept full responsibility for any sensitive or personally identifiable information (PII) included in your export files.

4. "As Is" Service and Migration Accurancy

MigrateMyAI utilizes complex parsing techniques and AI summarization to convert your export files. However, due to the undocumented nature of some export formats and the varying complexity of AI conversations:

• No Guarantee of Perfect Migrations: We do not guarantee that your migrations will be 100% accurate, complete, or perfectly map to the destination platform.
• Loss of Fidelity: Context, specific system prompts, or threading nuances may be altered or excluded during the process.
• The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

5. Non-Affiliation

MigrateMyAI is an independent software tool. We are entirely unaffiliated with any AI vendor. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Black Star Labs, Inc. and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or digital assets resulting from your use of the service. We are not responsible for what the destination AI models do with the migrated data.

7. Refunds and Payments

Purchases are processed securely via Stripe. Due to the ephemeral and immediate nature of the processing costs incurred by our systems when generating migration kits, payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate that the Terms have changed by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
