At MigrateMyAI (a product of Black Star Labs, Inc., "we", "our", or "us"), we take your privacy seriously. Our core mission is to help you move your data between AI platforms securely. We have eliminated many privacy risks by adopting a stateless architecture—meaning we don't store your chat logs.

2. What Data We Collect & How We Use It

Our service processes AI export files so that they can be reformatted and moved to new platforms.

  • Ephemeral Processing: When you upload an export file, it is processed temporarily on our secure servers. The data is held in ephemeral storage with a strict 15-minute Time-To-Live (TTL), after which it is automatically and permanently deleted.
  • No Persistent Storage: We do not permanently store your chat logs, prompts, or AI-generated outputs. Our system processes the data in-memory and provides you with a migration kit to download.
  • No User Accounts: Our service is currently stateless. We do not require you to create an account, meaning there are no user profiles, passwords, or emails stored in a central database for authentication.

3. Payment Information

For paid migrations, we use Stripe as our exclusive payment processor. We do not see, process, or store your credit card information. All payment data is handled securely by Stripe, which is fully PCI-DSS compliant. The only information we occasionally receive from Stripe is the status of your payment (successful, failed, etc.) to trigger your priority migration.

4. Data Sharing and Sales

We do not sell your data. Because we delete your chat logs after processing, there is no dataset for us to sell or use to train other AI models. We solely act as an intermediary processing layer to reformat your data for your own use.

5. Third-Party Services

While we process the text inside your exports to summarize and structure it, we are an independent tool and are not affiliated with the underlying AI vendors. Your use of those respective platforms is governed by their own privacy policies.
